Today, we are offering a vault door, gun room door, safe door at a very low price. The door has been tested and certified to Class 1 according to EN 1143-1 and also has a certificate of conformity, so you can prove this door to any insurance company or weapons authority. It meets the requirements of the German Weapons Act (WaffG).

The insured sums are up to 65,000 Euros for private use and up to 20,000 Euros for commercial use.

Technical data:

This door is intended for installation on the corridor side. Installation is carried out through the wall using threaded rods, which are screwed into threaded sleeves welded into the frame. From the room side, the threaded rods are then secured with washers and nuts. Screw-in tips for marking, as well as the fastening material, are included (please specify wall thickness). For this purpose, three fastening points are provided on both the right and left sides of the frame profile, meaning it is fastened with six threaded rods.

The outer frame dimension is 2200x1240x100mm. 

The frame is made with 100x100mm profiles on the left, top, and right.
The bottom of the frame has a 100x10mm profile as a flat threshold, meaning the step-over height is 10mm. A recess must be made in the floor for the lower bolt. More detailed explanations can be found in our blog.
This results in a clear door opening dimension of 2090x940mm. The wall opening must therefore be 2110x950mm so that the door can open into the room through the wall cutout.
The door must be transported and assembled in one piece.

Viewed from the outside, the door hinges are on the right side.
The door opens inwards.

An electronic lock is installed as the locking system. This can be operated from the outside, with a double-bit emergency lock. On the room side, there is also a handle for operating the bolt mechanism, as well as another double-bit lock, which serves to allow one to lock oneself in the room and release oneself again. The two double-bit locks, outside and inside, are keyed alike, and only one key should ever be inserted into one of the double-bit locks, otherwise the other side will be blocked. 2 keys are included.

This door has already been built, unfortunately, a customer's representative measured incorrectly, which was only noticed when the door was already ready for transport. It is therefore physically present and cannot be modified further.

The color of the paint is black-grey RAL 7021.

The door can be loaded at short notice.

Shipping time is approximately 3-5 working days, shipping is via freight forwarder as bulky goods, curb-side delivery. Shipping costs (nationwide in Germany) are already included in the purchase price.
